All Jiffy steamers come with a 2-year warranty.
Repairs done by us come with a 6-month warranty.

There are two exceptions:

• Lime scale damage is not included.
  It is import to clean the steamer regularly.
• Improper use. This could include filling the tanks with a fluid other than water.

We recommend that you give us a call first. The problem may be easy to solve over the phone.
If we cannot solve the problem over the phone, we will ask you to send us the steamer. We operate under the ‘carry-in’ principle, which means that it is your responsibility  to send us the steamer at your own expense.
You can also drop the steamer off in person. Please contact us by phone first.
