I would like to return my steamer
Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
You may return the steamer within 14 days of receipt. Conditions:
- It must be in its original packaging
- It must have all parts
- It must not be damaged

How do I get my money back in case of a return?
If you have returned the steamer according to the instructions above, you are entitled to receive your money back.
We aim to return your money within 1 week of receipt of the article(s).
We will return the money by the method you used to make payment. Payments by credit card are returned to your credit card, Paypal to Paypal, etc.
